If you are an art lover, never ever miss this Temple should visit once in life, this temple looks in external just like at the temple of Tamilnadu but when you get into it every sculptures makes you to fall in love.

this temple is located about 50 km from pudukottai. this is a shiva temple but there is no 'lingam'. there is only the platform where the lingam is usually placed and all the poojas are for this platform. there are a lot of architectural features...More

500 years old Shiva Temple.The temple is open from 6.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. This Temple shows the skills of Tamil sculptors. Praying here gives progress in education and high academic pursuits.

Ancient shiva temple. Manickavasagar shrine. Shiva does not have any idol but and empty space which signifies Aakash means space. It is every where. Great to see the big temple with so much of divinity.
