A good temple with a calm ambience with little crowd. This temple is carved in a rock. This is at the outskirts of Pudukottai on the Trichy road.

this temple is also known as arai kasu amman temple. if you lose or mi, ganesh etc.splace anything, if you pray to this deity and keep 'arai kasu' [ approx INR 1.25], you will find the lost item. there are also 'sannidhis' for shiva

A Rock cut oil Temple. Family deity Temple of Pudukkottai rulers. Excellent architecture. There is a chain hanging, which is carved of a single stone.

Very old and ancient temple. Lit with mostly with oil lamps, One will be astonished the way temple has been carved out of rock.

This is wonderful piece of architecture telling unheard stories. Devi temple carving & idols are nice & adorable. Ample parking is available. You need an hour or more to see this ancient marvel.
