Always great if the sunset looks like it’s going to be good to get there early. The more adventurous and professional photographers head off the path below the lookout for more iconic shots. Bit of rock hopping involved there!

Visited yesterday on a wild rainy and windy day. Swells were huge. Exciting to watch the waves leaping up the sea side of the rock. We were nearly blown away with the wind! The wooden deck look out is terrific platform to see Sugarloaf rock....More

Dont forget your camera , give yourself more time and put on comfy shoes so you can explore the area around. The scenery is so different depending on the time of the day and weather condition but it is always amazing. Great so silent moments.

While this exposed rock is one of the most famous spots in the region, it does not suffer from over exposure. The space allows you to take in the scenery without feeling crowded out. Of the more adventurous you can climb the rock adjacent to...More

Sugarloaf Rock is a beautiful natural landmark accessible by car and on foot. It is a lovely spot to stop and enjoy the scenery of the coastline and take some photos of the sunset.

A nice easy walk from the car park, with easy steps to climb. Sweeping views. Interesting rock formations. Worth the short drive off the main road.
