Beautiful, Serene and Clean. We stayed at a hotel on this lake and from our window we had the Lake view. Most impressive thing of our stay. Amazing.

Umiyam lake on the way to Shillong is worth visiting. Atmosphere was great. Couples can enjoy a lot. Family too can enjoy.

This is big water body just 30 minutes drive from Shillong towards Guwahati. Popular amongst tourists. Water might be less during summer time (Mar-May). Boating facilities are present but ia m yet to try one.
