A bit disappointed by the visit of this castle. Need to wait 45 minutes for the guide (Sunday morning may explains this). Then the guide speaks only German, a bi-lingual one would have been a real plus, as the translated leaflet which has not been...More

Rastatt is quite a small city, and you need just 1 or 2 hours to see main places but also you can have a rest in a park, walking to the caste, making shopping on their main street which is looking like many years ago,...More

Visited this castle for an evening classical concert and what a treat, both the concert and the tour through some of the rooms. The pink/orange building was illuminated for the occasion as was the impressive gateway into the massive courtyard. Built to recreate the grandeur...More

We were part of a tour group that enjoyed a private concert at this palace. It was the highlight of our two week Rhein River cruise. Highly recommend.

Castle/schloss Rastatt was a great place to visit. We arrived at the ticket office about 10 after 10 so we missed the first tour, even though there was nobody else. So we bought a ticket and waited until 11 for a tour in German with...More

We were fortunate to have a private tour as part of our cruise, which included an opera performance, which was fantastic. The palace was excellent, the art and architecture was brilliant. Apart from the weather, which isn't anyone's fault, couldn't be happier.
