We are a team of professional wellness, massage & beauty specialists offering a range of treatments to help you feel and look your best. We are different from other wellness centres since from our Eastern training we understand that beauty starts from within and that is why we have a range of massage and wellness treatments to revitalize your inner beauty. Once you are feeling good on the inside then this will radiate and reflect on the outside. We believe that only trained qualified masseuse can offer an authentic Thai Traditional Massage! This is why all masseuse at Siam Wellness Centre are trained in Thailand at the renowned Wat Po Thai Traditional Massage School located next to the famous Wat Po Temple (also where the Reclining Buddha is located). Our signature Thai massage treatments can be offered for both individuals and couples and include Thai Traditional Massage, Thai Oil Massage, Healing Thai Massage and Thai Herbal Massage. Once your inner beauty is rekindled we also have a range of treatments to look after your body such as facial treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing and body/cellulite scrubs. Siam Wellness has two centres located in St.Julians and St.Paul's Bay where we offer our full range of massage and beauty treatments. Our centres are fully setup, air-conditioned and equipped with the latest equipment and facilties and all treatments are offered by our professionally trained staff who have several years of experience in delivering only the best possible service to all our clients.

I have lived in Malta for 7 years and this had always been one of my go-to spots for a good Thai massage! I returned for work after 3 years and during the break, I took the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent and magical hands of the Thai girls who work there. Emmy (that's what I think was her name), was superb.. An hour of massage, from the tips of my toes to the head, touching and loosening all the most painful points of my body.. It was wonderful!! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a real Thai massage! 🔝 P.S. I chose to do the “Healing of Thai Massage” for €45 with oil and creamy balm (like tiger balm).

Found the Siam Wellness Centre while on vacation, looking for a pedicure. Walked-in & was able to be seen right away for a pedi & brow wax. The ambiance is nothing special, but the technician was friendly & efficient and did a great job! I was thoroughly satisfied with her services & thought it was a great value for the price--would've loved to have returned to try their massage services but couldn't fit it into the remainder of my trip.

I had a healing massage and I really enjoyed it. It was very professional and the lady detected all my knots which afterwards was very rewarding. There are some small details here and there that I might have some minor remarks but none of them related with the quality of the massage itself. Recommend!

Horrible! Worst massage I got, first time in my life that a massage feels long, we asked for 90 min and I almost needed to stop the massage. The room not confortable, they had the AirCon On, after see me sheeking I needed to ask her to warm the room, 90 min suffering honestly, It is not Thai is not oil massage, I dont know... I won't recommended, even the energy and vibe there, not nice! Is like if they dont want to work, truelly horrible 🥺

I had some back pain and went to Siam for a massage to try and help relieve the pain. The Thai woman focused exactly on my needs and I never felt so relaxed and comfortable. My body was thanking them for days.
Following their great massages, I decided to book a manicure and pedicure. This too exceeded my expectations. My nails never lasted so long!
Thank you once again. I will definitely become a regular!

This place was great. No frills, direct to the point massage. Sometimes when I’m tired and jet lagged, I don’t care for all the pomp and ceremony. I want straight up Thai Massage and they offered. Husband and I are happy, prices are reasonable and service was great. If it took you almost a day to get to Malta, do your body a favor and go here for a massage. Your body will thank you and you will be ready for more walking and sight seeing.

I have been at the center three times
I wanted to try because friends of mine suggested me to go. With doubt, I wanted to try even if disappointed from other Maltese centers. With surprise I was very satisfied, especially because the ache in my back has gone.
I recommend it to everyone and will be back again. The masseuses are 3 and are very polite, friendly and able to put you at ease. I have had the opportunity to try their hands and all three are very brave and capable.

This is a clean and tidy place of Thai massage and spa located in the middle of Saint Julien's near portomaso (the tallest building in Malta). I had a back pain due to a long-hour computer work. I took an hour Thai traditional massage with a well-professional person (Khun Nat). The cost is 40 Euros. My pain has now gone. I would strongly recommend this place to the tripadvisor.

Having made an appointment for 13:00hrs I arrived 5 minutes later and was greeted by a friendly welcome. I was then asked to pay the 25 euros upfront for a 60min pedicure which was a first for me. I was then attended by an Italian woman who was very friendly and chatty.
After the pedicure and a foot massage the time was up and I proceeded to put on my shoes. I checked the time on my phone and saw it was only 13:50. I then mentioned that I booked for one hour and got the response that I didn't have much hard skin that's why it didn't last that long. I can understand now why they wanted me to pay upfront. I ended up having to smooth some of the nails back at the hotel and discovered that my big toe was bleeding. If I pay for an hour I expect an hour. I definitely won't be returning.
