We went with this Company because they have been around a long time and have a lot of expensive gear. We were thinking safety and attention to detail.
We hired a boat to do our own thing, rather than go with the hoards that visit the Blue Lagoon etc. It was pricey (big boat meant for 7 or 8 though and it was just us as a couple), and quite a large deposit but the service was okay (boat fantastic and spacious) and the day out on our own doing our own picnic off a sandy beach at anchor was awesome. We had the boat for 7 hours. So relaxing swimming and chilling at anchor whenever we wanted. Highly recommend this!
The following day we did tandem Parasailing. We were the first couple up that day.
This was lovely, and unrushed.
They give you a card with a number on it so that they take a video of you and later you can Whatsapp and get the video. As we were first up at 10AM we were card number "1" for the day. Except this never happened. 3 Whatsapp messages later (all receipted) and our first proper holiday together was kind of spoiled by not having that video of us, despite being promised it. Had we known, we would have taken our own mobile up and recorded the experience. For the record - you do not get wet, and they will even give you a cover to put your phone in. But the really nice chap doing the Parasailing promised he would send the video but has ignored our requests for days. So they get an average rating now for promising and not delivering on the promise, and spoiling an otherwise lovely experience for us as a "Covid romance new couple."
We spent upwards of 500 Euros with them over 2 days, so you would have thought they would have been keen to finish the good vibes off with the video, and got themselves the 5 stars they otherwise would have got if their Customer Service had finished the job they started:(.

We hired a self drive boat today and paid 350 euros for 7 hours. When we arrived we were told the 200 euro deposit had to be paid in cash which we didn’t have any so had to go into the centre to get some (no where on the website does it say it needed to be cash). This meant we were then 30 mins late to start our trip, we were also told we would need to be back 1.5hours earlier than what we paid for due to sunset. I appreciate not sailing in the dark but the website should reflect this, also when I mentioned about the cost and the time I was just looked at blankly. We then had to pay another 60 euros for fuel. Whilst the experience was good overall, I feel like we have hugely over paid and not got what we actually paid for. I would recommend looking at other self drives on the island on Malta.

We had excursions with sun & fun, the parasailing and the power boat to the blue lagoon. Great service throughout and very friendly staff.
The parasailing was a great experience and felt very safe, just to make people aware sometimes you do share the boat with others but this was not an issue with us. They also took photos and a video free of charge which will be sent to us over WhatsApp 2-3 days after our trip.
The power boat to the blue lagoon was great, I would definitely recommend doing this rather than a cruise as it gets you there a lot quicker and more fun in our opinion! The captain was lovely and spoke great English, on the way back he took us through the caves and the crystal lagoon.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting St Julians and wanting to do an excursion!

This place Sun and fun highly not recommended. We got coupon for jet ski session here as a gift. When came to reedem it, they said that it is no longer valid, however the coupon does not contain information about expiration day... We have tryed to resolve this issue with workers who works there, tried to call the owner, who refused to speak with us, was rude and childishly hanged out the phone while we were speaking with him. Unfortunately those persons don't know how to treat the clients. Our two friends who came with us and wanted to pay money and ride together will never return here as well.

On July 17th I went on a trip with Sun & Fun - „Snorkeling Adventure“ to north of Malta (I want to put emphasis on the Snorkeling part). Unfortunately the trip was a huge disappointment, I spoke to couple of other passengers and they felt the same. The boat ride itself was fine and no complaints there. However, the boatman dropped us at the Blue Lagoon around 15.00 and picked us up from there at 17.15. We never stopped at the Crystal Lagoon bay as it says in the brochure and no explanations given.
The Blue Lagoon itself was a big disappointment and honestly this time of year there shouldn't be any "Snorkling trips" to the Blue Lagoon. It is full of people and boats, pollution in the water, trash all over. We saw few uninteresting fishes but mainly just the lower half of people kicking in the water.
For us, at the end of the day this was a very expensive transport to the Blue Lagoon and back and did not meet our expectations at all.

The most awful experience.
My family of 4, including an 111 year girl and a 16 year old boy went on the speedboat ride to Comino, Blue Lagoon.
There was no safety instructions given, though we were first to arrive, we were last to board, but, that's purely because of the lack of manners of the other riders and also because there was no system in place whatsoever. Because of this, we had to sit at the front end of the speedboat. At no point did the driver tell us how bloody dangerous it was to sit there. I am glad I managed to squeeze my 11 year old on the side - not that was any safer but at least we had something to hold on to. The whole 45 minute trip was TORTURE. We were being plunged right off our seats and pretty much slam dunked. There is nothing to hold onto! I have a huge bruise on my back and arm as a souvenir.
This set our mood for the remainder of the trip. We spent 2 hours on the island swimming, however, the anxiety of having to get back on that speedboat was consuming us as you can imagine.
So we arrived 15 minutes early for our return journey so we can sit at the back and try not to.die. However, we waited over an hour for the boat to turn up.
30+ people waiting not knowing what's going on because there's no representative of this company on the Island to keep us informed. It was only when I messaged the guy I purchased the tickets from to ask him.for assistance that we discovered that our boat had broken down and an alternative one was being sourced.
So like sea lions and walruses we all just waited on the uncomfortable rocks in the blazing sun.
When the boat eventually arrived, thankfully, it was not the wretched speedboat and a larger yet SAFER one.
Also, I was told by the ticket seller that the boat seats 20 people yet there were over 30 of us. I will be verifying this because if this is true, I believe the company have breached and comprised passengers safely.
Overall, €160 spent on bruises, anxiety and to be left waiting like animals. Absolute disaster!

We took the power boat to Comino and Blue Lagoon. Boat ride was fun but hugely uncomfortable in the front! The trip I booked was for 4 hours but it ended up as 6 hours and we were left on Blue Lagoon for 5 hours. I wish I had booked a pleasure boat with shade and access to the water. We had to pay €60 for 4 sun beds as there is no shade on the rock. To get in the water you had to be adept at Rock climbing! If you have children, take a pleasure boat! The trip was not explained thoroughly on the website.

Terrible service.
We booked a motorboat via Fiona in our hotel. She sent me a picture about the boat. Next day we went to place they take place. First of all the lady wasnt nice at all from the ver beginning, then we got the boat and it was nothing like on the photo, especially it was really old, not clean and i wasnt sure about that it is safe.
Then we went to the sea (4people) and even that it was told that it has 100hp , we were very slow and whenever my brother tried to go faster the engine gave interesting noises. And from the bery beginning the check engine was red. The waves werent so big, but the boat was not safe.
After that we decided to go back, and then I told the lady and a men in the office that its is not the boat like on the picture, and the engine is not working well and please gave our money back, or at least the half of the money, because this is not the boat we payed for and I think if I pay 350€ I want to feel safe and I pay for the good experience . Anyway 350€ is really overpriced even if we got the boat on the picture.
Then the man told that we go see the engine. (We were until then in the office and he was speaking the other in his language on phone)
It was very interesting that when we came back to check it our boat was away and then the men phoned one of the workerst to bring it and they shows that the engine is working. In my opinion it was either another boat (because a lot of them looked liked the same), or the workert switched something. So they told us that it is working no problem.
They literally scammed us, they only want your money and nothing lile a good costume care matters them.
The boat is definitely not EU standard, I dont understand how can they operate. It is dangerous and not worth a penny. Hugely overpriced boats.
Moreover they ruined our last day and we couldnt see the blue lagoon and give no compensation at all, or money back.

Equipment in very good conditions. Only downside is when you are buying the tickets they don’t inform you of all the documents you need to present when going for the activities, for example, you need to take your I.D or passport if not they will not let you do it!
To us it happened that we didn’t have it with us cause we didn’t know, luckily we had pictures of it on our phones.
Please inform people of what documents they need to use your activities, ain’t just charge them and don’t care. Made us furious!

Absolutely amazing Parasailing and Banana Ride experience. They reassured us and talk through the process as this was our first time. The guys riding the boats were absolutely brilliant, funny and caring. We met 3 new couples doing excursions and they were all lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
