We were visiting here in August into September 2022 the weather was very hot throughout our stay between +30-32 degC. There is plenty to do here with lots of shops f all types and many bars and restaurants for all tastes. It is very busy here especially at night time and at weekends. The only drawback around St Julian's is the lack of sandy beaches there are only a few rocky beaches around St Julian's. Bay. This is a very popular and very busy resort especially at weekends and during the evenings. The Malta buses provide an excellent and regular bus service between St Julians and Sliema + Valletta and many other resorts.

Not too impressed, it was like a building site, not a clean part of the island, rubbish littered everywhere the only place to sit near the sea was very gritty and full of cigarettes ends. Fine if you want the party life, very noisy in the evening, that will teach me to research better!!

Malta is a stunning island with some great history and architecture however. Currently St Julians bay is like a giant Construction site. It just make the area look scruffy. It is going to be so built up and every corner you turn there is work going on.
Some of the building practices are unsafe, with tower cranes doing big lifts as the public walk below. We had a good time and there are nice places to eat especially in Spinola bay. Pacevill is full of kids and strip joints, its a strange set up.
It's best to jump on a bus and get around the island.

St Julian's Bay, incorporating Balluta Bay & Spinola Bay in Malta is an exciting and holiday friendly area of Malta. Close to the main city of Valletta and the busy entertainment area of Paceville. It has great swimming areas, plenty of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

A perfect place to visit the rest of the island, and the bus are very good on time and cheep . The resort is full of men’s clubs and night clubs. It’s very hilly and loads of stepsNot much variety when it came to restaurants and bars to chill out after a long day sight seeing. The BE hotel was lovely and so were the staff ,nothing was to much trouble.we had a few drinks every night at Andrew bar .the staff were very helpful and knowledgable of were to visit and what to see .the food was nice there as well. Would go back to Malta but not st Julian’s

I stayed here in this area from previous trips and it never disappoints. It has all the shops, restaurants and bars you will need. I like this as the local buses are very regular for Sliema (ferry to Valetta) or to Bugibba. The fresh fish restaurants offer some amazing choices and local wines are perfectly good. In march it was a little quiet but nice and relaxing before huge tourist arrivals.

There’s a lot to do in this area. We even swam in the harbor. It felt strange at first because you swim right off of the walls. It’s a city. Many people did the same. The water was glorious. It’s easy to stay here and there’s everything. Restaurants, bars, etc. if you’re looking for quiet this is not your place.

Me and my friend stayed our Malta vacation in St. Julian's Bay and I think it is the perfect location to be situated when exploring Malta. It has loads of restaurants, bars and clubs and everything is within a walking distance. It is well connected by bus routes.
