We just had a quick walk as this is just a shopping mall with many shops you can see around, just out all together in one place. Probably attractive and much cheaper for visitors from Singapore coming here for shopping and spa.

Very unstructured mall with not much to see. Not easy to navigate and never quite sure what each level is about. We left still unsure whether this is a mall for tourists, locals or both. Many shops repeat themselves

HarbourBay is closer. Which ferry, that's entirely up to you. The price is about the same after the tax and everything from different operators.

Batam center. It is the closest to your hotel and you can save $$ on the cab. Consider Grab or other service instead.
