We were on a trip from Oslo to Bergen and desided to stop at the watwrfall to make pictures. Really impressive. It was still a high snow in area beside, but we managed to come very close to make pictures

Loved viewing the falls in rain and clear skies. There are many walkways to view the falls from different directions. We were there in Sept. so the tourist traffic wasn't bad. They control how many buses can be there at one time! The Falls themselves...More

I came here in pouring rain, and it had rained for days so the waterfall had an impressive force! You can view it from the top, or continue down the route along RV7 and there is a huge parking lot with great views.

This is a beautiful waterfall, walk through the hotel to see the beautiful view of the valley, although to see the falls you need to walk down the road or go down to the platform. This is worth stopping for

It is a must see waterfall in Eidfjord. We use google map to get here, and find the best view from Fossli Hotel. Honestly, it was not bad to visit in rainy days, the water volume looks much greater, which makes the whole experience more...More

When we were there in July the accessible walkways had not all been completed. I suggest contacting the restaurant that is at the site or the Norwegian travel agency. When we went the side trails to get the best views of the... More
