Lovely house but massive shame about our guide, he spoke far to quickly with a good ammount of mumbling and tried to cram way to much information in, in the short time we had to look at the rooms. Each room we visited it would...More

Hi Kate We are very sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your tour on Tuesday as we normally pride ourselves on the good feedback we receive. We will look into this as it is so inconsistent with how we would like our visitors to feel...More

The house was amazing and gardens fantastic But the tour guide needs to brush up on the history of the house and would of been good to see other bits of house not just the atonement rooms

A very "personal" tour , you really felt that you could live here! An insight into the machinations of the film world - the house was used in Atonement and the history of a house built at the end of the 1800 that went through...More

As a fan of the film Atonement I had admired the house and gardens but had no idea it was so close to where I now live. It was a privilege to be shown around the house, which is still a family home, and the...More

Firstly be careful, Stokesay Court is not the same as Stokesay Castle; they are a couple of miles apart. Stokesay Court is famous as the place where the film Atonement was set. It is a beautiful house and deserves a visit. A lovely gentleman guided...More
