A beautiful place to visit during the day or in the dark. Great views from its hill top location and very photogenic. Don’t miss a visit.

Beautiful temple with nice views of the mountain range in Lao and of the Chong Mek border crossing. Also nice breezes on a hot day.

This place is recommended by the Thailand Authority of Travel to make a visit. By day the temple is beautiful with those decoration. By night the light will be illuminated and some of the decoration will glow in the dark.

Must come with professional camera in the full moon night to see the gorgeous shining tree ceramic decorated temple wall and the beautiful ground. It's a pity to bring only IPad.

This is indeed a magical place. Both during the day and night. My son and I had fun trying to take pictures in the dark that would capture the neon lights. We were there for quite some time just taking in everything. Totally a must...More

It's probably nice during the day but you really need to visit this temple after dark. Located on top of a hill, as Buddhist temples often are, there are spectacular views over the surrounding Thai/Laos border area but the real reason to visit this place...More

We were recommended by some friends to visit this temple. We found it very kitschy but the scenery surrounding the temple was very nice. One can see Laos/Thailand border.
