For me, I'm not interested in any Castle. This, not an actual castle this a School. Inside it is really cold and no heater was on. The Tour Guide isn't friendly at all. Bad one for me

The Salem Cistercian monastery was founded in 1134 and covers a huge area with extensive and magnificent buildings, a church, monastery, administrations buildings, workers’ cottages, a forge, a huge 1706 wine press made from enormous ancient oak trees, barns and workshops. We each paid 9...More

We stayed here for 2 nights. From outside it looks amazing and gardens are kept lovely But inside it is like a council building, no warmth in its atmosphere at all.
