Visited with my family all 10 of us enjoyed the ruins even the 3year old enjoyed herself. I liked it because once we had paid the €2.50 each adult we was left alone to actually discover the ruins.

Very impressive building and a most interesting place to visit. We had the place totally to ourselves so didn't have the hustle and bustle like the colosseum that we visited the previous week. A worthwhile place and a hidden gem.

Easy to get blase if you have been to Pozzuoli or Pompeii, let alone the Colosseum, prior to visiting this one.
While it has lost much of the superstructure the below the stage element is magnificent.
Very quiet and well worth a visit.
