Stopped by to sample the different cheese flavours and ended up having lunch. The borscht was as good as my childhood with a cheese scone on the side and a swirl of sour cream on top.

Very tasty cheese curds. They sell few different flavours. We tried Hot peppers and Jalapenos. They also have plain kind. It's worthwhile to stop by and get some. Regular Cheese selection is also amazing.

Plan was to do a quick stop on a hot day. Also bought some smoked Gouda and noticed they sold ice cream. Likely 16 flavours and big servings . Did not eat there but menu appeared hearty and home cooked .

There is such a variety of cheeses and the fresh squeeky curd is awesome! Well worth a visit! They have nice giftware, bakery and ice cream as well.

Not a ton to see here but there is a huge variety of cheese styles and flavours. You can even purchase some little baked items and have an ice cream.

I think that Askew’s in Salmon Arm may carry some of their products. Hope this helps.

Best to call the store directly and check. I do not know if they have low salt cheddar. With the large variety they have----I'm sure they can satisfy your need. Good Luck.
