This is a spectacularly large cave which has been turned into a significant tourist attraction though its light show etc. Before we visited we understood that this was VERY accessible of the disabled and less abled - but the reality is that there are lots...More

The underground cave (Cathedrale de Cristal) is a fascinating place to discover. We were able to hire headphones so that we could listen to the tour in English. The tour started with a sound and light 'show', and continued by descending the stairs to the...More

This cave shows you the result of geology. the lights are nice placed and there is a short 'light and music show' to experience the way it was discovered. The tour was only in french, however there were audioguides but i think they contained rather...More

We booked via the phone for a later slot... 5pm...but actually did 4.40pm tour. Were relieved as previous tours seemed quite heavy on people. We arrived at 4.20pm and were offered tour straight away but Due to previous comments and need of audio sets decided...More

Fantastic cave formations you can get really close to with a walk through a small section, (this has a low ceiling and is narrow). Audio in English with interesting information - must go at the allocated time though to hear it. Although you are moved...More

We were here with our children (14 and 17) and we encountered the first wounded child at the entrance. Apparently the girls parents had carried her in a backpack, making her the tallest of them all...now I don't know how many caves you have visited...More

The cavern here is impressive- the scale of them and the formations. I liked the light and sound show as a way of revealing them at the start of the tour. We used audio headsets and found no problem with these like others have but...More

Well..... Let's start with the positives. Being a teacher of Geography I enjoy a good cave. I enjoy boring my kids about caves and a whole array of Geographical formations. The staligmites and staligtites are impressive....the lighting (which I'll come to later) does add to...More

We (a group of 10) visited this attraction last week and were left disappointed and frustrated by our experience which I can only rate as terrible. When you arrive you pay at a kiosk and we were told the 'next tour' started in a few...More

We decided to take the option of descending into the cave via the gondola and were pleased we did. It is a dramatic way to greet the cave and it's beauty. Perched somewhere in the middle of the descent the sound and light show begins...More
