The island was good for lunch but the starfish sandbar was great when your here.
I did have a great aerial shot in the sandbar. Crystal clear water and blue skies. really perfect summer getaway or in any season as long as the sun shines in the area.

Stunning...not as well known as Onok but it has a picture postcard beach spread along its' shoreline...lovely place to chill and unwind.

Cadaraman Island is part of the group of islands located in Balabac. It is always included in the island hopping itinerary in the area. Distant some 20-30 minutes from the town proper of Balabac, this island offers visitors pristine crystal clear waters, white sand beach, sandbars where star fish gather together during low tide, and much more. The place is still undeveloped. Hence, don't expect to find any structures or resort facilities on it. Right now there's just one care taker on the island who has a house on the beach itself. He openly welcomes guests, sees to it that guests sign up on a log book, collects the 100 peso entrance fee, and even prepares fresh coconut juice to whoever wants it. If you're looking for a virgin island and want some peace and quiet away from the crowd, then Candaraman is the place for you. Highly recommended!
