We found it by accident as we took a stroll around the docks from the lighthouse. The guides were exceptional and explained with great detail the restoration and history of this ship. Kids were thrilled with stories of voyagers and the imaginative ways the guides...More

The volunteers make this experience come to life. Lionel our tour guide told the story of the origins, the expeditions and the rescue including the people behind the ship's life. His knowledge passion, wit and prose are as engaging as the ship itself. We were...More

Lots of hard work was done to bring "City of Adelaide" home. I was disappointed to see what has been achieved to date. The project obviously needs more corporate assistance.

We toured this old clipper ship and also visited the maritime museum. The ship is in the process of being renovated and the tour is quite interesting. The historic wharf area and the docks are great...a wonderful place to spent an entire day!

We visit whenever we're here. The volunteers are friendly & very knowledgeable & every penny goes to continue the restoration of this interesting ship. The land alongside where she is moored is being developed, so maybe this might hasten her move to a permanent dock!...More
