The public was divided among several business owners we booked 2 rooms at 3500 each. Double deck was defective and only an electric fan is provided. You can rent kitchen stove & utensils. Water is abundant for bathing. Ice is 10pesos each. Coke Litro is 80. Coke 1.5 is 130. Mineral water is also available but much higher price
Before you rest or leave premises keep safe of your things & belongings because other people who rent d place will take the stove & say its theres. The volleyball was also taken
When we scour other business outlets the next one has the same rate airconditioned with 3 beds in a room and not overcrowded
Theres a curfew of 8pm no karaoke but you can do overnight swimming and drinking spree

A local white sand beach that is charmingly beautiful. Camping is the main attraction and it is somewhat crowded but it's part of the fun. This place is also perfect for sunset watching. You can rent tents or bring your own. The water is clear but it's quite muddy.
Expect to pay the parking fee at Php100 for the 4wheels vehicle and the entrance fee at Php45 each.

Crystal-clear water, a paradise away from the crowd. If you want a quiet relaxing place to be at, you must visit Lambug. It is just few minutes away from Moalboal. I was staying in Moalboal and commuted my way to Lambug. Beautiful place!!!

We paid Php45.00 each for the entrance fee (post-pandemic) and were informed we had to pay a whopping Php100.00 for car parking! I think we got scammed out of our minds (we’re from Cebu and the most we ever paid for parking is Php50.00 and that was in IT Park BEFORE people started complaining about that rate and now it’s even lower than that). I guess they figured we were Manila folk (they spoke to us in Tagalog first before I responded to them in Bisaya) and figured they could milk us for all we had. But wait, there’s still more! Some guy kept following us around offering cottage rentals for Php600.00! Php600?! You gotta be kidding me!!! I told the annoying guy no, we were only planning on swimming for a few minutes then leaving but the pesky little fly wouldn’t leave till he got more money out of us and offered a cottage for Php300.00 instead. I told him bring it down to Php250.00 and he agreed then finally left us alone. By the way the “cottage” we got was a set of three monobloc chairs, a plastic table, and an umbrella in the middle. Finally, we could enjoy the beach to ourselves but wait....What happened to the sand? When we finally dipped our feet in the water, every step felt like the sand sunk. Every step we took involved us pulling our feet from what felt like quick sand and my boyfriend’s slippers’ straps broke off because of the pressure. What’s wrong with this sand? It literally feels like walking on mud. Your feet get burried a few inches below and you have to pull it up a certain way otherwise you sink deeper. Quick sand much? Nobody ever mentioned the sand would be murky and muddy. No blog online ever makes mention of this. Was this always this way or did something happen?
As to the state of the beach’s surroundings, we saw a broken bottle by the shore which my boyfriend personally placed on our table lest somebody step on it. Lots of seagrass growing near the shore which I avoided like the plague since with seagrass comes sea urchins and I wasn’t about to get pricked on my foot. The place was filled with men loitering in their motorbikes waiting on tourists they could scam a buck or two from.
Beware of scammers. I doubt car parking should have been Php100.00. If we were riding a motorcycle I doubt they’d quote us the same rate. No parking in Cebu costs Php100.00, let alone something in the south. I understand the municipality is trying to get back on its feet after the economy suffered from the pandemic but milking tourists out of their hard-earned money is also not right. This visit has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Filthy, ugly, not a nice beach to go. Never go there. They charge an environmental fee and the beach is ugly and filthy. It is also hard going to the beach, full of trash everywhere. I hate this side of Cebu.

Road not finished. We went to watch sunset but the cost was 325 pesos incl. entrance fee and parking. Screw it as the road is not finished. Also. it was cloudy. Not our night I guess. We turned around the car full of mud and won’t return.

Lambug is a public beach so putting up a tent here is free unless you go further the properties there are privately owned so they charge you as much as P200 for you to setup your tent and sleep overnight.
The place is ideam for families or a group of friends who wants to stay at the shorelines and setup a tent for night camp.
There are also cheap rooms and hostels available along the shoreline so it's up to you. Food and water are also available from small food stores which we call carinderias.
The beach has a nice white sand shore and the best time to swim here is during sunset the views are just perfect. Unfortunately we arrived early evening so I did't get the chance to shoot sunset photos.

Me and my friends had our Boy's night out here. Went here Saturday afternoon, spent the night and went back home the next day. The beach is really beautiful and quite. The sand is White and you can really feel and see in the shore bits of reefs the brokedown after years in the sea. There are no huge estabishments, no fancy Restaurants or bars and no five star Hotels. The long stretch of the beach is quite simple and quite, except for a few parts nearby a Karaoke place, but still you can enjoy the nature and silent breeze of the sea. A few people were on the beach too but just enough for the place to be alive. We had a tent so we just payed to a store so we can put our tent infront of them. We borrowed a griller and cooked our own food. You won't spend more than 500 Php here. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BOTH LOCALS AND TOURISTS IF YOU JUST WANT TO LIE DOWN AND RELAX IN THE BEACH. It is cheap yet you will enjoy every penny.

A lot of beaches line up the archipelagos of Philippines. Cebu is no exception when it comes to these not-so-commercial beaches. An hour or two of drive to the suburbs and you'll be at the helm of a dive site or pristine waters with glaring cream or white sands.
Lambug is an example of a non-commercial beach one can enjoy after around 3hrs drive from Cebu City. It is in Badian which is yet home to a more known attraction, the Kawasan Falls (I'll expound more on it on a separate review).
I love how Lambug is free for anyone to frolic at. The waters are clear sand is fine and the crowd cares for nature (garbage in proper bins). The community also helps in cleaning the beach line as well where they also find their livelihood.

We visited the area on a Saturday afternoon because white beach was crowded. We stayed for 15 minutes, just walked up and down searching for a cleaner spot and finally left without even entering the sea.
