There is a short walk to the Temple which is quiet not a lot of visitors. There are walks around. There is parking nearby. It is perhaps a half day visit depending on where you live.

There is a short walk to the temple from the car park. The temple /circle itself is well worth a visit. There are short walks around the forest if you wish to go a bit further afield. Would definitely visit again.

We were on our way to Ripon when we popped here for a quick visit. I guess you can say this is Yorkshire's answer to Stonehenge! Very interesting to see! Hidden away in a wood and not commercialised so you can stroll around it for...More

Easy to get to as it's not far from the Car Park - a great little folly to explore and well marked paths especially if you want to go further into the woods. Look out for other little Rock treats near it to.

We visited here as a couple with our small dog. It’s a quirky place, and makes for an interesting walk, but be prepared to bring wellies and towels for mucky paws if it’s wet as it is super muddy! Directions are a bit confusing, as...More

There is really not much information at the Site itself so it is worth reading up about The Druid's temple and it's creation online. As other reviewers have stated it is a Folly, I would not really call it that myself, though it is interesting...More

When we were there last Sept they offered rentals, yurt, tree lodge and I believe some type of tent accommodation. I didn't see a camp site per say nor hear of one. Perhaps try emailing them directly to ask :)

You can park in a small lot, just ask.... you can use a wheelchair on the one road, its a bit bumpy and not paved. At the actual temple, a wheelchair wouldn't work, I walk with a cane and had to watch where I stepped because... More
