Stopped by to take a photo. Not really exciting - as there are so many other ruins in Ireland. Worth a stop for a quick photo.

Couldnt walk down because the wind was blowing a gale! It sits out on a loverly promontory- and I was glad to get a shot if it with me since it is a family ruin.

Beautiful spot and lots of history the down side is that it is very eroded. You have to pay to really see it and it didn't inspire me to do so is probably the best way to sum it up

Visited but whilst the views are spectacular felt the entrance price was excessive. Visitor center was small but had some informative board regarding the history of the castle

This is a site with ancient Irish history dating back to the 5th century. The view of the remnants of a castle tower is all that remains of what was the imaginary original structure. You can hike to this ruin from the parking lot down...More

Be warned, people have gotten mixed up with Dunseverick and Dunluce castle down the road. There is not much to see that is left of the castle and we just took photos from the viewing point.

The pictures I saw on this site looked much more amazing than the actual site. I was disappointed in what I saw when I visited the site. Not much left to see. It actually was not as beautiful as it looks. I guess because I...More
