Wonderful place to find vintage French items. There are a wide variety of items. Vendors are friendly and willing to bargain a bit.

This is a unique and interesting combination of flea and antique market. There are vendors with tables out in the open selling items, many low end. Then there is a sort of building with permanent stalls, the quality being higher, with a good presentation. There is a large warehouse type building with permanent spaces, here the dealers present furniture and decorations in an artistic and pleasing way. You'll have a furniture specialist next to the jukebox seller next to a display of artwork. There are places to eat and drink and free toilets.

To get there on Sunday, take the metro and then grab a bus (or uber).

This place has a great mix of stuff, you could spend all day wandering around.

Very friendly vendors and the crowd enjoyed a beautiful fall day. Good selection of vintage items. We managed to buy some "stuff" that we carted back to the US.

Vintages and antiques. Mostly French. Not a lot of high end, but fun stuff. Wish I was decorating a new place! Daughter got a very nice 60s coat. Large market!

Awesome fleamarket – authentic, value, selection. I’ve been going to flea markets in France for over 20 years. Though I have never been to the one in Lyon. I’m so glad I did. As a small time antique dealer I found the prices here to be very competitive, and the sellers all were awesome and friendly. Great selection of items ranging from contemporary right back through to 17th century church relics. I recommend a Sunday visit, coming early, arrive around 8 am and give yourself a few hours to see everything. There are some great places to have lunch here, and there are also public toilets so nothing will spoil your day. It’s easy to get there-Take the number one tram from part dieu and get off at the second last stop. Then it’s about a 10 minute walk over to the market. I do not recommend driving as there is always a long queue to get inside.

This is a great spot, and a fine way to spend a lazy Sunday. The place is buzzing with stalls, shops and bric a brac. The quality ranges from high end, expensive commodities to cheap and nasty damaged antiques, but the best part of the visit is the ambience. Stroll around the different areas and afterwards stop off at one of the many eateries and enjoy an aperitif with some food. There is normally bands playing in the eateries and depending where you go the food is okay as well. There is a ranch type eatery which has drawings of cactus etc that does great pizza. The market is not the easiest place to find and by public transport takes around 40 minutes from Par Dieu but its worth it

If you are thinking of going here go on a Sunday. That is THE DAY I was told. I went on a Saturday and there was not much action. Nothing too much doing in fact. I love flea markets but Saturday here a “No go “

This is an enormous flea-market in North East Lyon. To get to it on public transport, get Tram Ligne 1 direction IUT Feyssine and get off at Croix-Luiset. Follow Avenue Albert Einstein to the end, take a right (rue de la Feyssine) and then cross the bridge. Exercise caution as some of the route seems to be a cycle freeway. There is a real diversity of items in this market, ranging from high-end chandeliers to cheap tat. There weren't as many bookstalls as I thought. There is a very good choice of antique furniture and prints.

The hard to get to flea market is well worth it for the fascinating finds at half to a third of Paris flea market prices. Great buys in linens and mid century modern furniture. We also liked the funky restaurant that serves frog legs! Beware, however: the market is not fully open except on Thursday and Sunday.
