Typical musuem which showcases history of Baler, the Quezon Family and film "Baler". The facility has space enough for a number of people and just a stone throws away from Baler Plaza in Poblacion.

If you are heading to Baler, make sure you visit this museum as it showcases a lot of things and facts about the history of Baler, Aurora.

I seriously enjoyed looking around the entire museum. I learned a lot of things about it. The entrance fee was cheap and the place was huge enough for the crowd.

It's a typical museum with paintings from different artists on the 2nd level. What made it more interesting are the costumes and awards from the film "Baler" showcased in a corner.

Do not miss this place when going to Baler. Every province in this country has a good share of it’s uniques history and culture and this one shouldn’t be missed. There are a lot of visual materials old and new that tells a story.

The museum is well curated because it provides a comprehensive history of Baler with focus on the Quezon family. However, it can be better maintained with air conditioning and a local guide. I hope that the municipal government can provide more funds as the entrance fee cannot not possibly sustain the museum's maintenance.

for a thirty pesos entrance fee per person (senior citizens and kids are not discounted), i'd say it's a rip-off. and those guests posing pictures at the main entrance are a major turn-off.

airconditioning units are not enough to cool the place, making the guests feel humid and uncomfortable. comfort rooms are out of order. most displays need to be rearranged. and most of all, even the poor lighting can allow you to see the dusts depositing on the surface.

it would be better appreciated if a guide is around to explain the artifacts and other materials describing the aurora province. most of us guests can't afford to take more time to read long narratives and explore the place in less than 30 minutes.

Baler is a town coming to grips with growing tourists interest as its streets are not designed for throng of cars carrying selfie-hungry passengers. It's such a relief that even the exterior of Baler Museum would gift a traveler with good pictures.
It's also a blessing that curious local visitors explore the Museum as its location becomes the focal point of tourist activity in such a small and sleepy town.

What a way to get to know Baler! We visited the Museo De Baler and learnt more about the town’s patriarch and matriarch. Great places to visit!

Learn all about Baler-its historical significance and some of the town's most prominent figures. Some pre-colonial artifacts are also on display here as well.
It's not a big, fancy museum but it possesses a small town charm plus the art decor building itself with its frescos is an architectural gem.
