Site of the filming of the iconic "Surfing " scene from Apocalypse Now. If you are a fan of the movie and in Baler, you MUST visit this beach.

follow the road on the left side of Sabang beach, not hard to find, u will pass a military base, of cause stay away from it, nobody wan to get shot on a tour

I walked down from the main beach and it was the other side of a river. If I return I'll take the 15 minute drive and 2-3mkm walk to get to the actual beach they filmed on. My planning was poor

A place for tranquility and relaxation! Truly a great place where you can relax after dwelling your adrenalin in surfing and other water activities. You can also explore the province of Aurora and visit historical places as well.

Very friendly staff. Sign says they have wifi, but when we got there..wifi was supposedly broken. Far from the madding crowd. Beach front. Humble accommodation. Has a small swimming pool at the back and you can karaoke your heart away if you want to. But...More
