very nice place to swim with and have an adventure holding on the rocks during High Tide, water is quiet deeper.
An Entrance fee at the area of P5.00 and an additional fee of P70.00 per head at Timubo Cave... Life jacket is free, but it was not always offered automatically... If you ask for it, you will be provided with the free life Jacket...

It was one of coolest places in Philipines, if you have a lights and equipment You can explore this cave more, local people says that there is unknown number of caves inside timubo. Some of them are huge. I will go there next time and spend there way more time. Super clean water to swim. Amazing place!!!

We didn't stay long because of oxygen issue for me and my son. But the water where the Altar is very cold and refreshing. Please always go down with a guide to avoid accidents. The local folks are very friendly and will surely help you on the way down the cave especially with little children.

Didn't had a chance to swim in the cold water, but surely it's a natures hidden gift in the Island of Camotes. A little creepy on the way under, but worth it.

Another nice cave to visit ... the clear blue water in the cave is well enhanced by the electric lighthing making it very inviting for swimming. Best to avoid going in with big groups as it is small and it will detract from the natural experience.

A good place to cool off while you wait for the sun to come down.
Note:
- P20.00 / Person
- Waterproof cases for phones
- Expect long down stairs and sharp rocks
- Travel light
Tip:
- Ideal time to be there (afternoon, 1:00-3:00 pm)
- Be already in your swimwear

Its my third time in this cave and the water is really relaxing. A great place to cool down after the tours done in the island. :) entrance fee is 20 pesos and another 5 pesos when you enter the gate.

I gave it an average rating for a normal traveler looking for attractions within Camotes Islands. But I would have given it a poor rating if we compare it with other attractions in the Philippines.
The cave itself is a nice attraction. The entrance is wide enough so normal tourists wouldn't get as claustrophobic, but there are parts that needed extra care when entering. The underground pool is very clear and the water is very cold. The cave isn't very big but there is enough room to swim a little.
What I don't like about this cave is that the local tourism decided to install artificial lighting for the safety of the tourist, disregarding the effect on the cave's inhabitants. Cave animals prefer the caves as it is, which is dark, that's why Timobo Cave was declared dead by cave experts.
The addition of a grotto inside the cave also doesn't help. Tourism offices in the Philippines have weird tastes in terms of development.

If you are claustrophobic don't enter this cave. You go down many stairs head crouched in many places as the ceiling is quite low. When you finally reach the bottom you are greeted by crystal clear water and a perfect spot for a swim.
Must visit!
