Only by going inside can you get a true feel for the historic church. Although it memorialized the German fighters, it also now mentions the killed Jewish people.Lovely historic murals.

A 1000 year old church, that sheds light on the recent history of the wars and politics of Lindau. Great architecture and photo opportunity. Worth a quick visit in this interesting and rustic town.

This is now a memorial to the fallen in WW1 and 2. There is an explanation in both German and English regarding the politics of war. Very calming and well worth a visit.

A thousand-year-old church right next to the Diebsturm in Lindau. Serves also as a memorial to the fallen soldiers of Lindau during thw World Wars - and for the other victims of WW2. Respectful and quiet place.

I thought this was really neat museum/ landmark recognizing the boys and men from the town who lost their lives in WW1. Small. You won't need much time. Also great wall paintings.
