A fine automated cable car ride giving you a breathtaking beautiful view of Schliersee lake and surroundings with Alps in the background as also snowy surroundings. At the top quite relaxing and soothing with park and restaurants there. Kids and teenagers would surely enjoy.

Took the cable car to the hotel/restaurant Magnificent views of the lake and schliersee area The food was very good and english menus available. But to come back down there is a choice of cable car or toboggan. Take the toboggan its a real hoot....More

The views are nice. Also there is a restaurant and beer garden at the top. The Summer Rodelbahn is also interesting.

This tobogganing riding is fantastic fun ! Look this is is not totally safe but not is crossing a road. So if you're a helicopter parent that wraps your children up in cotton wool maybe you should give the ride a miss. The toboggan hire...More

Worth the visit, we cabled car up and down, but people were walking it. Views spectacular. Only drawback is we took a picnic lunch to have up there but couldn't find anywhere to have it as this is a private concern with their own restaurant....More

Visited on 9/7 The cable car ride to the top was good. The children wanted to use the cart ride to come down, but was not sure about the safety. A good cafe on top with good food, a relaxing day at Schliersee!
