If you visit Königssee, do also visit St. Bartholomä church. If you don't like a long walk, you can only reach it by boat. Don't mind the price. The trip gives you views of the lake you would otherwise never get.

When you take the boat tour to St. Bartholomae, then you certainly will go and see the church. Its more a looker from the outside...
