My wife and I stayed in Berchtesgaden. We took Bus #841 at 9:15AM to the Konigsee Parkplatz (parking lot), which was a 10 minute ride. It was a FREE ride using the Gastekarte (tourist card) provided by our hotel. We took the boat to the...More

A beautiful part of the world. A wonderful and prisitine lake that is surrounded by sheer cliffs. The electric boats take you on a one hour trip each way and you can get off midway and at the end to explore. Why not 5 stars?...More

Beautiful unspoilt scenery. I ventured to the better part of the lake, surrounded by forest, to breathe in the incredibly fresh air, and take in the calm and relaxation of this magical place. Not many tourists here at this time of year, which contributed to...More

The lake is absolutely beautiful. I can’t help but feel we came here at the best time of year as all the fall colors are out. The boat ride is cute but we found ourselves frustrated with how slow the boat goes! The tour guides...More

The beauty of the lake cannot be described. You have to be there to see it. It was fantastic and all of us had a great ride on the boat from Konigssee to st Bartholomew church and back.

Konigsee was a beautifull experience. Pure water just like all of these mountain lakes. But be carefull. From half of October the cruise doesn’t continue to Salet and you can’t see the Obersee and the waterfalls. Maybe just by a walk.

Yes . You certainly don’t need to pre book any rides for the lake . You have two options - go until st bartholomew or go until the end of the lake and do a nice walk . The last ferry goes back at 6 pm I think
