Stood on the steps here while our city tour guide told us the history of this neat looking building. We didn't get inside, but it is an interesting building with lots of history.

When we visited there was a wedding going on and what a beautiful place to have a wedding. After we walked around awhile and had some dessert, we went back to this building so I could take some pictures. It is a must see.

On the biggest square of Quedlniburg, the Marktplatz, are lovely establishments: restaurants and souvenir shops. But none are as beautiful as the Romanesque Rathaus. Its front is covered with ivy and it is built of stone, dating as far back to 1310! Wow, it’s an...More

The Rathaus is worth a photo. It looks best in the afternoon. There is a neat stained glass window seen best from the gallery upstairs. Note that this building is still a town hall and as such not especially interesting inside.
