German universities are "free" but there is a catch, you will not get a job with these qualifications. The lecturers cannot even speak English and the administration is an absolute nightmare, in German of course!

it is clean,colorful,some of the students use bicycles,nice surrounding, inside there is space where you can sit and read or eat something
