This Museum is in the Ludwigsburg Schloss complex, but is not included in palace tour--so one has to make sure one gets the right ticket. It costs only 3 Euros vs the more expensive palace and gardens to tickets.

Absolutely amazing. Much better than the fashion museum in Bath. This museum contained lots of old clothing and was really good as it was well laid out, contained all original pieces and the free audioguide came in lots of different languages and gave lots of information.
The museum consists of two floors which are completely in black (ceiling, floor and walls) and less light (to preserve the colors of light sensitive clothes). But after a while we got used and didn't feel uncomfortable.
