cebu safari for now is the our worst experience
1. not friendly employees esp the tram driver. We have kids and all they want us to just walk in sunlight to get to other animals. example we are in aviary show we said if they could bring us in snake or other animals they said we just walk bec its near
2. no social distancing in tram we are 14 pax they all want us to be together with other group of people. Where is the social distancing??
3. you need to wait forever for the tram
4. When we ask about the manager to complain no manager or any support to talk to.
I think cebu safari need seminar for all the employees. to be more courteous more friendly bec your entrance is not that cheap

We rented a van to get to this place. I read that you can commute to it, but it may be difficult.
The area is huge and even with the map, it was quite confusing to get to places. Good thing the people with us have been here before so they were familiar where to go.
The trams don't run everywhere, there are just specific places for pick up and drop off, so you have to ask first.
There are many animals but some parts didn't seem well maintained... Where the crocs lived was very smelly. The food for the meerkat had tons of ants already. Some animals seem like they haven't had a bath in months(crusty fur). The water/pond(?) is so dirty too.
Fortunately, most of the animals have enough space to roam around.
The gardens were nice, and the bird show is not to be missed.
We ate at The Outpost and the price was reasonable and it was also delicious.

Travelled for almost two hours from cebu. There is quiet a queue when we arrive but it was well organized.Park is huge, staff are well trained and friendly. Every activity is thoroughly planned.Check out the schedules when you arrive to plan your route.
Each tour is so short and there’s not much animal to see.
We only see three lions in there white Lion Safari.
They have vehicle tours for Lion Safari and African Savnna. They need to add more attractions for the price to be worth it.

I am not an animal lover. But DAMN!!! this place is amazing, I am so glad i took this trip. We drive our own car going to Safari and really enjoyed the ride. Its raining a bit, but we really did enjoyed a lot. Planning to go back again soon. Guys please do visit this place. It feels like you are not in the Philippines at all.

To maximize your stay at the park, you have to plan where you should go because there are show and ride timings. There are places that you cannot go by just walking.
Also, I tried their ATV intermediate course and it was fun but scary, haha.

If you're into mountain views, rolling, hills, fresh air and thrilling on-site activities, this is the way to go.
The trips and tours are on-time and quite very organised. The bird show was the best. You can also opt to ride ATVs, zip line or in our case, Sky Bike.
Generally, our trip was good, except that we find the food quite expensive.

Went here with my family opening week, including children 2-7 years old. The shuttles running around made hopping from one exhibit to another really seamless and convenient. The little kids loved the aviary where they got to feed the birds with bits of fruit. Feeding bits of chicken to the crocodiles was a little more intense for the knee-high crowd, but they loved it nonetheless.
The tiger exhibit was definitely the most memorable. We were there when the white one was bathing, so we all sat down and relaxed for about forty-five minutes before the big cat came out and gave an unforgettable performance. It came over and stalked back and forth in front of the plate glass, growling a little as it paced just a few inches from a dozen little kids whose faces were plastered to the window. Got so intense some of the kids had to turn their backs on it for a few seconds. Got some great pictures and even better memories.
The orangutans were fun too. The big one (Gido?) was bored so he started throwing fruit or peanuts (whatever the park attendants were giving him) back at the visitors and making a big show of turning his back to ignore us. Very memorable. He likes to be talked to by name. Pops his lips and even smiles if you know how to butter him up.
When we went they served complementary lunch at the restaurant, and if you take things at their natural pace then you should plan on eating there too (though I doubt the meal is complementary any more). Should take 5-7 hours if you've got knee-highs along, half that if just adults.

Hire a taxi for the day @$50. Adult tickets are $17. It's in the mountains (much cooler) and public transportation is not a good option.
It is a clean and large zoo. Not the best but still very good. Plenty of free trams to take you to locations in the park. The park is so large because the animals are in enclosures not cages.
Clean restrooms and typical tourest trap food.
Budget 7 to 8 hours to see everything.
One of the few family friendly tourest sites on Cebu.
As an American who loves zoos, I highly recommend it.

Is there a luggage room to store our luggage at the park? I'll be landing at Mactan airport in the morning and I plan to visit the Adventure park and leave for my hotel which is in Oslob.

It's isolated so unless you have a car or a private driver getting there might be difficult. If you have a car leave your luggage in the trunk.
How to get there from Cebu Safari to Neri's Ville Selfie Corner? Thanks

Sorry for this late reply. We hired a private car to take us there.
Hi. We are coming from Bacolod and plan to go to Carmen, Cebu a day before visiting Cebu Safari. Backpacking with a toddler. Any recommendations for a place to stay within Carmen, and near Cebu Safari? Alhibe Farm not available anymore for our desired date. Many thanks!

If I visit this park from 8 am then can I caught my flight at 5 pm from matcan airport? As I see it’s far from Cebu city? What are the chances of getting transportation to there and returning back to airport direct from this park?

Hi, I don't think it is a good idea to visit the park on the same day as your flight. It would take you 2 hours or more (from cebu city) to get to the park because of traffic. So that would be an hour more going to Mactan Airport. Maybe next time if you have more time to visit since the park is huge and has various activities to enjoy.

Is the price of entry really based on height? 3 feet is about 91cm - my not yet 2 year old is about that height! Will she really be required to pay full fee?

They didn't allow bringing in of food and drinks from outside when we visited, but I'm not sure about this special case though.

I know there is no outside food allowed. However, can we bring our own bottled water?
Also, what are the lunch options?
