My family started the year with the watersplash. We just visited Seven Seas Waterpark and Resort for the first time since it opened. My kids enjoyed their day in all the waterslides and the cyclone. The toilets are clean and I hope they can maintain it that way. They do not allow food to be brought in the resort but they have affordable food inside the park. Garbage bins are provided. I just hope they would put some rubber mats since the floors are so slippery. So far, we enjoyed our time in this waterpark. I hope we can go back soon.

Wow where to begin?!?!? First of all if you plan to visit bring tons of pesos because this parks Point of Sale terminals can’t connect to any network so purchases with credit card or debit card are a big NO!! Next, they only had 3 slides, wave pool and lazy river open! Finally, their staff shut down the park at 5pm not 6pm which is their posted and advertised hours of operation! What a joke of a water park, bad customer service, 75% closed off, no payment options! Sad because this place has potential to be awesome but falls way way short!!

Don’t go there if you’re hungry or else you’ll just starve. Ordering food takes forever and older folks just skips the line. An hour to get your order plus another 30min. of wait time. If you’re not allowing food to be brought by your customer why can’t you make sure you have fast food efficiency of service.

We have been to multiple waterparks worldwide and this is by far the worse. The park is pretty new yet permanent decorations already falling off, lights missing all over, and a general sense of disrepair you would never expect. Height requirements far more restrictive than in Singapore, Bali or US. Stud type earrings must be covered by band aid!? Few slides compared to other parks. Again don't waste your time or money.

- 999 pesos not worth it
- kiddie pool was filthy! (lubog na kaayo ang tubig)
- food was terrible (sotanghon and pasta was not cooked well its like we were eating plastic)
- no toiletries available / for sale
- towels were for 600 each!!!
- we weren't able to take a shower because it was too crowded, (dili uso ang linya diring dapita)
- people were hoarding the floats, just letting it sit by their cottages (ang uban dili na kagamit)
- they need to teach their staff on how to respond to customers properly (mag minaldita man)
- definitely not coming back, not recommended

We came all the way from Cebu to try and experience this newest waterpark. We were so excited and also it's a birthday celebration of my partner. We were just 2 who arrived at the place. However, we were not allowed to use our own cameras while sliding. We understand that it's for our safety but they don't have the facility for this, like photobooth or built in cameras that could capture every moment. If our camera is not allowed, then we are very willing to pay. But wala eh. Also staff were not that accommodating. "Gibalibaran ra deretso kay head strap ra lgi but wala pud sila head strap for sale." And it pissed me off to see some vloggers that were allowed to use gopro stick kay n.insist daw. We insisted that time but not allowed jud. Wala pud sila waiver na pwd namu signan. IT'S SO UNFAIR!

Also for the cyclone, just an advise, it should have an elevator for the rafts like in other waterparks. It's so heavy to bring it up just to try it again. I've noticed some stations have many assigned staff but would only greet, will not assist.

We were trying to communicate ahead but contact numbers were restricted from incoming calls. They will not also reply through sms or fb messages.

The food is okay though few choices. The locker and comfort / shower rooms were clean though.

Overall, it was okay except for the capturing of moments, elevator for rafts and communication. I'm not sure of the cleanliness of water on different slides.

Since we were so disappointed at that time. I promised to myself not to recommend this place until everything is settled and ready to cater customer's needs. 👍

*We took pictures of the waterpark except for the different slides experience. :(

I have been to a lot of waterparks in my time and just because I didn't meet their "respective "weight requirements as described in their website, I was told I can only use the pools , no water slides. Apparently the maximum weight is 90 kg, that may be OK for most Asian/Filipino people , but if you are a tourist from North America or Europe and you are over 200 pounds, it's just not worth it, and it can be disappointing especially if you plan to go here on a family outing, for me I felt singled out : I can only here or there not everywhere. They even made me weigh myself in public outside the ticket booth ( used some cheap bathroom scale , probably not even accurate)not taking any consideration of customer dignity or privacy and still charged me the full amount of 999 pesos for the entrance fee. Like if you want to fair , at least get a quality scale , that's accurate : like one that's in a hospital with counterweights. So at the end of the day , my experience at this waterpark was very poor, poor customer service , I don't recommend anyone to go to this place , not just if you are overweight just lack of human rights respected.

I've been planning for months to visit this waterpark in my 2018 Vacation and it exceeded my expectation.

Went there with my parents & Bros family on a weekday to save up a few bucks since it's Php 200.00 lesser compared to weekends.
Though it looks expensive(Php 999.00) comparing to other resorts in the country but I say it's reasonable having visited Yas Island Waterpark & Wild Wadi Waterpark both in UAE which you have to shell out around Php3,500.00(@14.00 conversion rate) per person.

Location wise, located in Opol near CDO(Php200.00 taxi fare)
Private vehicle is best, I'm not sure if PUJ's are passing by the resort.
Resort entrance to Main Road is around 1km.

You have to account 1k for each person just to be sure but you'll get a lower rates on weekdays, senior citizens, kids below 4 ft php600.00 and kids below 3ft will be free of charge.
Have extra dough as well for the cabanas/cottages 3 types where 900.00 is the most expensive. I chose cabana #2(10-15) which is near the children's pool & wave pool.

Queue for the tickets was fast. Bag checking was swift. Do note that outside foods are not allowed.

The resort is classy lots of slides and attractions to choose from. There's lockers for free you just need to present a valid id.

Park is huge, wave pool is huge and 60 minute interval for the waves. It's very clean and smoke free which is good news for families.

Lifeguards are visible for each attraction which is good.

There's a restaurant inside where you can buy food(prices are like jollibee's so no need to panic). there's a coffeeshop and option for pizza. I would advise that you order earlier to avoid the heavy queue during lunchtime.

All in all the experience was worth the price.
We enjoyed every minute from opening 9:30am til the park closed at 5pm.
I'm highly recommending this waterpark to people of all ages.
Visit the place during weekdays to get ticket discounts and avoiding the rush on weekends. Queue for rides & foods will be a headache.

Register to Grab taxi to avoid problems looking for transportation going home.

It would be great if somebody will construct a hotel nearby for tourists/patrons from out of town.

It's convenient as well if Resort will provide free transfers from entrance to Main Road.

I'm visiting this place again 100%.
