The Basilica is visible from the minute you enter the Old town Walk up to it, take some photos. There is a staircase leading up to the wall where the view is very nice too. Quiet, green (full of grass and trees). There are some...More

I'm sure this building is of great interest to architects, designed as it was by a self-taught architect priest, and the dome is a marvel. But I found the inside to be somewhat unspiritual and gloomily depressing. I was put off instantly by the displays...More

Pretty cathedral, pretty inside and out. Worth visiting, it's in the old town. I'd recommend the crypt too. Also you can walk the city wall.

At the top of the town it dominates the skyline and inside it is initially interesting if unspectacular. However go into the area under the dome and the visit goes up a level. The decoration is spectular but the whole cathedral seems to be suffering...More

Worth a short walk up the hill to the fortified town and chateau to walk through the cobbled streets and large array of restaurant choices.
