We visited this lake during winter, but I think we will be back during the spring. It very very beautiful area.

Lac de Gerardmeris an idyllic glacial lake is eastern La Lorraine France, 660m above sea level. It is also the largest natural lake in the Vosges. There are 6 km of nature trails.

Very beautiful place! Sunset looks so good over there. Easy to have a walk around the lake (±5,5km) and see everything around it.

Beautiful lake with lots of activities like e-boat, pedalo, sailing...The water is not so cold and the quality is really good.

No matter what time of the year it is, the lake offer a beautiful view. About a 3 Km walk around the lake, can be a little changeling during the winter as the snow and ice can make the walk a little more difficult. However;...More

We visited during the daffodil festival (fetes des jonquilles) a bi-annual flower festival. Beautiful surroundings and very relaxed. Nice for walking!

A beautifull and peacefull walk arround the lake whuch was a little frosen. Birds and duck's were playing in the little water that has melted.

Hello, It would be a 2h journey, from Colmar take a train to Munster. From Munster there is a bus taking you to Gerardmer.
