Basically, you walk done a path covered by buildings. Perhaps a better description would be a tunnel, down to an old bathing or water collection pool fed by a stream. it is old. Not recommended for wading.

Despite being on the tourist map, this site is a little hard to find. It is cool and shady, a nice break on a sunny day. Apparently, it was used as a laundry and is similar to other such sites in the region.

The now-below ground pool (never used by lepers and not a fountain, either really) is interesting just for a look.
