Its surprising how most small towns and villages in France have a church of this size. This is a very attractive church and worth s visit. It has recitals on Tuesday nights in the summer which are free. We really enjoyed it.
Beautiful old church in Obernai. I attended mass on September 11, 2016. Was able to light a candle versus the electric ones.
What I found surprising was that the pews were removed and replaced with chairs. Fould it odd not to kneel.

This church has special meaning to my wife's family so it was a required visit. Her grandfather was a chorister here before emigrating to America in early 1900s.
