Visited vintnor during a Viking upper Rhine cruise and had tour with one of the vintors daughters. Experience was top notch and wines were well made. They produce three diferent sweetness levels in the Gewurztraniner and the dry was sublime.

The winemaker, Valerie, gave us a tour. She was wonderful. This is a very old boutique winery. They specialize in white wines, but they do have a Pinot noir. The prices are very reasonable. Good place to stop to bring some home with you.
