A very interesting & well laid out museum tracing the history of early static electricity right up to present day electricity generation. Excellent collection of various electrical domestic appliances. Demonstrations are given with static electricity - public participation required. The high light is the steam...More

Maybe for young kids its fun but for me it was quite boring. We made the museum within 30 minutes. The best part was the gigantic electric dynamo.

We visited this because of the combined tickets offer with the train museum next door. Great idea! The best part was the demonstration show in which the guests could even attend. I tested the Faraday cage given 100 000 V ! For our fortune, one...More

An interesting place but not more, not a must but a can. Don't forget to see the show about electrostatic effects.

We did not have any child with us and we have already visited a few science museums with electricity sections (for instance in Milano, Italy and in Munich, Germany). Maybe due to these reasons, we have been disappointed. Indeed, compared to other museums, Electropolis has...More

I was actually reluctant to go here, given that I did not think I would be interested. However I was very pleasantly surprised to find it fascinating! Well presented, relevant and interactive, I learned heaps and thoroughly enjoyed the couple of hours we spent here.
