Very disappointed with this experience. After reading the good reviews, I decided to join the 14:30-17:00 snorkel tour, which was advertised (see pic) as going to 3 locations, which had also been confirmed to me verbally the day before. (I was also told there would be max 15 people on the Zodiac - in the event, there were 22 or 23 - almost all of them scuba divers...). Everything was terrible and completely geared only to the divers, esp. the baptismal divers. 1. We left at 15:20, not 14:30. 2. We went to ONE place only, which is a 5 minute boat ride from the port. The place, called Revellata, can also be reached by walking 10 minutes from the Calvi Citadel. No need for a boat at all! (In fact, next to me were snorkelers who had come over from the nearby shore.). 3. No attention at all was paid to the snorkelers - all focus was on the divers, on whom they clearly make more money. (But many of them were also not happy, as there is basically nothing to see at Revellata except a few fish and the occasional octopus). 4. When we got back, I spoke to the manager who had told me the tour would go to "2 or 3 places" the day before - and he denied saying it and spoke of a "miscommunication". (I am fluent in French - there was no miscommunication and the website also makes that clear...). He also said they were no longer running the "real" snorkel tours because of COVID - guess you can blame COVID for anything now. And instead of offering a partial reimbursement, he just shrugged and said it would be free next time if I come back. Never again! So, if you want to snorkel, either go with another company or just snorkel off the shore and save yourself the time and money! (They do seem to be very professional for diving - and it would be fine if they said: ok, we are just a dive outfit. But to bring snorkelers along for something so bad is not right!)…

Monsieur, Je ne peux qu’être désolé de votre expérience... Cependant je ne vous ai jamais vendu une sortie sur 3 sites, même si cela apparaît sur notre site internet. Cette année, nous ne le proposons pas à nos clients comme je vous l’avais indiqué par téléphone et aucun affichage dans nos locaux ne mentionne cette offre ! De plus le tarif que vous avez réglé correspond bien à un snorkeling classique et non à un snorktour. Je joins également à ma réponse, la photo du panneau d’information des activités proposées, visible à l’entrée du club. Par ailleurs, face à votre mécontentement je vous ai immédiatement proposé une nouvelle sortie, proposition que vous avez déclinée. Nous proposons ces sorties snorkeling tout au long de l’été et jusqu’à ce jour nous n’avions eu aucune réclamation et aucune confusion de la sorte ! Mais peut-être , quand un plat n’est pas à son goût alors qu’on l’a choisi sur le menu, il est plus facile de dire qu’il est mal cuisiné. Concernant votre remarque sur l’heure de départ : le rdv est fixé à 14h30, partir à la même heure me parait pour le moins compliqué sachant que nous devons vous équiper ! Dernier point et après vérification vous étiez bien hier sur le bateau 15 personnes pour une contenance de 30. Vous remerciant cependant encore pour votre passage chez nous, la clarification de ses points me semblait importante.

I dived twice with this centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They run a professional operation, with good kit, boat, and standards. Their English is good. I felt safe and comfortable to give with them and would do so again.
