Stayed in ios palace hotel so for a week Mylopotas bay was my daily view and it was one of the best things during my stay from early morning with the sun rising until late evening with the moon rising. The beach itself was great...More

An IOS/Greece hot spot offering shops, restaurants, and water sports. If walking from the top of the mountain make sure to wear decent shoes. The concrete is broken up and slippery.

Had a fantastic day at the famous beach one of the top 20 in Europe. We went on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet, not how I remember it 32 years ago. Plenty of bars and shops. We loved it

Fabulous beach, no tide, loads of sun bed loungers to rent, and great for water sports and swimming. Best part to be is down the far end in front of FarOut Club with all its music, dancing, pools and bars.

A bus ride (10 minutes) from Chora or the port. Well worth it. Sunbeds etc. for hire (some are free if you drink/eat at their taverna etc.)

Nicest beach of the island, it's a must to visit or to stay close there. You can find restaurant all the way and sea sports and the club of the one side of the beach

Dear friend, from Dublin airport to Athens Airport, next you take ferry from Pireaus (athens port) to Ios island. It's easy. At your disposal

Hi. Yes, it is, we got a cab once & it was about 15 euros, not the cheapest but doable. But as SueK50 said, there is a bus that runs regularly.
