Majority of elephants were chained & had marks from hook usage. When I asked the elephant visitor guide why..he stated its no different from tying a dog on a chain!! The elephants did not look happy& were swaying from side to side. Trainers on elephants...More

We were given denim outfits and shoes and hat to wear. And the rest was a dream: we feed the elephants bananas and watermelon and then walked them to the bath. We had a lecture on elephant life....it was humane, awesome...and I still reflect on...More

There are no elephants in Mae Sot! or close by. This is a fake listing trying to lure you to one o the not so good elephant sanctuaries.
