fantastic experience - 1 of the best places in whole Thailand. That feeling when you can climb up the whole waterfall and the water is falling down around you - really worth trying. If I traveled once again in Thailand, I would visit this place...More

An amazing experience to walk down and up the waterfall. Not at all crowded and we had plenty of time to be able to do it a few times. We used the company Takemetour.com.. and had a personal guide including food and drink and hotel...More

There and a million and one waterfalls to visit in south east Asia but this one is really different. You literally do stick to the waterfall so climbing up and down it is super easy, but goes against everything you’ve ever been told which is...More

It has been taught since young that walking on rocks in a fast running river is dangerous. Don’t even say to climb up or down. However, in this waterfall, you can try it out with enough caution! This waterfall is as known as “sticky waterfall”,...More

1.5 hour drive from Old City. Pretty quiet, stones are limescale and quite smooth so not too dangerous - was easy enough to climb up!

I’m surprised, but pleased, that these falls are not on the regular tourist thing to do. What a interesting piece of nature and the falls are not that strenuous to climb! Recommend for those that love to experience unique things when travelling

I can't believe this is not already listed as a top attraction for Chiang Mai, because it truly is remarkable. It is a bit of a drive (1 hour) from the city, but the drive is worth the magical experience: Bua Tong (aka Sticky Falls)...More

What an amazing adventure, they call it the Sticky Waterfall as the texture of the rocks make it incredibly grippy. Climb up or down the whole waterfall which is on 3 or 4 levels with a pool at the bottom, it’s not entirely easy but...More

No , renting a moped/motorbike is very easy and there is plenty of parking at the waterfalls. It would be very easy to do it this way.
