Thank you for your honest review. I am glad your visit was a “Once In A Lifetime Experience.” Regarding your concern I will follow up with my staff. As you noted something the trainer needs to step in to insure the rider’s safety.

Hi Franctw it takes around 45 minutes if I remember right. And yes I think it is suitble for small children, because there was children there on my stay, and the staff is very good at taking care of everyone (;
