We biked, and there are many bikes on the trail -- enough that I think walking would be frustrating. Get an ebike unless you are in excellent shape however, as the trail is uphill forever (one way at least!). It is a little dangerous in...More

We decided to do the trek up the mountains, what lovely views, lovely walk and even a beer stop on the way. Only thing is dodging the cyclists, there are a lot of, but definitely recommend doing

About 10k there and back. We would recommend but (as walkers) we would watch out for the cyclists. Bar 3/4 of the way up, by the way ! ... a big plus!

Lovely walk with plenty of tunnels to cool down in as you walk through them. We are not as fit as we used to be but it was a comfortable walk uphill and a breeze coming down.

It was nice and not hard but lot of crazy montainbikers going too fast down the path. I say it is dangerours to go there with children. And as the path is unpaved, bikes some times is under control going so fast...
