Peaceful, tranquil, stunning

It's an amazing reward after a lengthy walk. I'd consider it the pinnacle of the royal gardens. The area is beautiful, the tourists didn't seem to stick around. It's the perfect spot for a prize photo, great for quiet contemplation, amazing on every level.

a corner of an ancient paradise
Oct 2018 • Solo
walking trhough the stones, posed as making a such of secret passage, at the end you will find the statue of Venus, from the back, nearly close to be touched with your hands. walking around there is a natural fountain still working by the rocks, and after the columns a representation of Pompei with all the pieces taken in Pompei site for real!!! You will fall in love for the view you are going to see over there.

Highly recommended, don't miss it. It is quiet and peaceful, acres and acres of lush greenery and an easy day trip with the high speed train from Rome.

Stumbled upon while wandering through English Garden at Royal Palace
May 2018
Most visitors probably wouldn't visit the gardens, and we were just wondering when we found it. Very cool, and matches with the extravagant style of the palace.

The only really pretty place in the garden
Nov 2017 • Couples
Attractive pool where it is nice if you are on your own.Do not go in the covered walkway as it is all collapsing.Another area of very poor maintenance.I can not recommend that you visit here ,as it is the ONLY nice bit about the whole site.I do not have any idea why.people are writing good reviews on the Reggia.Altogether a huge disappointment!

A Paradise corner
Oct 2016 • Couples
Being part of the English Garden of the Reggia Caserta (The Caserta Royal Palace) the Bagno di Venere is just another surprising detail. For us it was like discovering a corner of the Paradise. Since one is arriving on the hill top and is entering the English Garden, the Bagno di Venere should not be missed.

A must see in the Reggia di Caserta
Aug 2015 • Family
A magnificent corner of the Reggia's English Garden, a corner of Paradise with its beautiful Venus statue, crystal clear lake, waterfall and the ruins of a Neoclassic portico (a bit hidden!). Stop here and enjoy it's peaceful atmosphere!

A "goddess" pond
Apr 2015 • Friends
You can feel the magic of this english garden pond. Seeing Maria Carolina walking around there, talking with philosophers about the future and meaning of life. Taking her leisure time, bathing in her private corner, like an alive Venus.
