This is a self-guided tour of the facility. You can read about the history and process of producing grappa. At the end you can taste the varieties offered and purchase grappa if you want. Nice little museum.

A great free mueum that covers every aspect of how Grappa is made. I love particullary the aroma test and the bottles display. It looks as a piece of art. Not only the grappas but the bottles as well are another piece of art.

If you know nothing about grappa and how it is made a stop at this charming museum is nice. Their prices are high though.

You can see history and old equipment, a lot of information in English. You can also taste the grappa and buy it, it's a very nice souvenir.

A typical trap to get you to buy! But only if you really like to have your stomach lining removed with one swig of this fire-water! There is a film to watch then a tasting then a buying - be prepared!More

The Poli Museum was a very interesting museum and distillery, with a good video explanation of the process of distilling Grappa; a small museum showing you all the paraphernalia involved in the process; an inter-active (by way of your nose) section where you could smell...More
