We stumbled upon this place a year ago, talking to the owner of a nearby Trattoria. The owners are super friendly and besides Asiago cheese, they produce mascarpone, thick drinkable yogurt, ricotta, smoked ricotta, salamis, butter, and many other dairy products. We prefer this one to the more famous Asiago cheese factories. They invited us to watch them milk the cows (right across from the store) and took us down to the basement to view the various stages of cheese production. There are wheels and wheels of Asiago maturing down there. It was beyond awesome. This is a small cheese business and we were happy to find it. There's even a small play area that occupied our kids while we were inside buying cheese. You can also sample everything. These people are super friendly.…
