Absolute must see
Aug 2020
Absolute must see place. A real treasure with many well-reserved ancient temples. Might be real hot in summer there. We went after 4 P.M. and it was really comfortable. I think it is easy to spend there the whole day, especially if you have a guide. Each temple is a great piece of history!

Great historic place
Aug 2020
Truely a must see when on a trip around Sicily. Beautiful temples and overall well preserved structures. Bring plenty of drinking water & hats during summer season (April through to September).

Excellent trip
Oct 2020
We took a trip from Palermo to Villa dei Templi and it was much better than expected. We took a private guide who told us about the wonderful history of this place and made the trip even more interesting. I highly recommend it to everyone, the views are wonderful.

Wonderful and magical place! Amazing history by the sea! I was happily suprised by how well the path to see the sights has plaques with great information. Wow! Just wow!

This is a must experience, the day was sunny and we could appreciate the whole beatiness of the Valle dei Templi and taking tenths of pictures.

Half day exploring the site
Oct 2020 • Couples
For half a day this is a wonderful site. We also visited the gardens which were nice. The audioguide for 5 euros helps enjoy the views in a more relaxing way, opposed to reading all the signs.

Little shade, so especially in summer bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat and enough water.

Must see
Oct 2020 • Couples
Amazing experience - we didn’t expect there to be so much to see. Our guide Vincenzo was very knowledgeable, also teaching us a lot about Sicilian culture. We were glad to have a guide, as there are not too many signs or plaques explaining the sights. Go early, as there won’t be too many people and it’s not as hot.

Number 1 in Agrigento
Sep 2020
This is a must when in Agrigento. But go early to avoid crowds, and enjoy the site fully. It will take you from 2 to 3 hours, if you walk fast enough, to visit all. The garden requires an additional ticket, and gives you access to another temple. You need to pay for parking (around 3, 4 eur for 3hours).

Our guided tour of this beautiful and unique site was quite amazing! Our guide, Marco, was very well prepared and professional and it turned out to be a great history lesson! A must for anyone visiting the beautiful island of Sicily.

Awesome
Sep 2020
This site is so worth a visit. Could not believe how extensive the site was and how complete many of the temples were. Best go early before the crowds and heat build up. Pay a bit extra to enjoy the shade in the Kolymbethra Gardens for a quiet break.
